I was born and raised in Zuni Pueblo, New Mexico (pictured sunset is behind my family home). I found myself in the trees a lot, whistling to the birds, walking animal paths, and enjoying the sunrises/sunsets. In 2010, at age 17, I joined the US Army and gave my service until 2020. I have been using art, music, and nature to help heal my severe Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). I have since been changing this diagnosis myself and calling it my Post-Traumatic Spiritual Development. My job title was Healthcare specialist (68W) and I use a combination of those skills with my indigenous side in order to create my own holistic healing journey. I am grateful to be where I am today, with all the experiences, (both pleasant and not so pleasant), that shaped me. I thank the Creator, and all those ancestors that stood before me offering their protection in my darkest of times, guidance in the lightest of times and love throughout. I feel them all so Deeply. As a wounded healer, I find that I can help others just by sharing my story.
